When it comes to marketing, many people ask where the best place to reach more customers.  However, by my estimation asking “where can I reach my customers?” is the 5th most important question a marketer needs to ask.

Here is a list of six questions in order of importance.

1. Who are you trying to serve?
2. What does your market segment need?
3. Why should they choose you?
4. How are you going to deliver your product or service?
5. Where can you reach them?
6. When do they need what you offer?
